Time is a precious resource.
Use our simulator today to estimate how much you could gain by precisely managing your operations with Timeskipper.
Visualize the real-time impact of improved in-store time management.
The gains shown here correspond to the hours recaptured by the manager through the tool:
Reallocating workloads: moving tasks from overloaded team members to those with availability.
Assigning additional tasks: utilizing free time for essential operations such as shrinkage management, cleaning, stockouts, or training.
Labor cost savings: Reassigning staff to other departments, managing without temporary replacements, or reducing reliance on temp agency labor.
Please note: not all gains enabled by the tool are included in this simulator. Indirect qualitative gains should also be considered—specifically those resulting from time reinvested into the customer experience (reducing shrinkage and stockouts, providing expert advice) and the new managerial dynamic driven by the solution.
Our calculations are based on a gain potential framework built from over 10 years of field observations and Timeskipper implementations across the retail sector (both grocery and specialized retail).
This potential is scaled to the size of the store; for larger formats, it can reach as high as 20% to 30% of scheduled hours. We then apply an average gain percentage based on the actual results observed across our client base.
Please note: gain potential is generally more limited in smaller stores (fewer than 15 FTEs – Full-Time Equivalents) due to the constraints of existing broad operating hours. This is why our simulator automatically adjusts its estimates based on your store’s size – which is the reason for the question regarding your total FTEs.
While our hypotheses are based on over 10 years of cross-network observations, we know that every store and organizational structure is unique.
After a brief discussion with you, we can provide a more precise gain calculation tailored specifically to your store’s reality – whether you manage a seasonal location, focus heavily on consultative selling, or have other specific operational needs.
